Cours Courses 

One of the main aims of the AFMM is the promotion of the French language. This is done through various courses held throughout the year for a wide ranged public. Our courses cater for young children aged 6 to 10, adolescents learning French at school and adults who require knowledge of French for both personal and professional reasons. 

Les Chérubins (Children aged 6 - 10) & Adolescents (From 1 to From 5)

1- Our Chérubins class aims at introducing the French language to children aged 6 to 9. This course is based on activities such as crafts, songs etc. The aim of the course is not teach grammar rules but to expose young children to French in a fun environment allowing them a time of fun learning a new language.

Young Adultes 




For complete beginners we are introducing an intensive course from October to December 2018. The course will lead to the DELF A1 international certification in December 2018. The course will cover the four skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking in line with the CEFRL. Thanks and a new collaboration with the German Maltese Circle, this course will be held at their premises in Valletta.  



If you have already studies French then you may choose from the following list of courses. You may integrate the course that best suits your level. If you are unsure about your level, kindly get in touch with us and we will gladly guide you accordingly. All adult courses are in line with the CEFRL. During our courses students work on the four skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. Our courses lead to the DELF international certification. All our teachers are certified DELF examiners. This will guarantee a thorough preparation at all levels. Should you require to brush up your conversation skills, then we have a conversation class once a week. The aim of this course of for the student to be exposed to the oral component of the language and to allow him time to practise his oral expression. Classes are limited to a small number thus guaranteeing individual attention.
